By registering for and participating in the 17th MPL Annual Conference, including but not limited to all sports tournaments (such as golf, padel, football, volleyball) and any other activities organized during the event, I hereby expressly assume all risks associated with such participation.
I irrevocably waive, release, discharge, and hold harmless The MarcoPoloLine Group, its officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees), whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with any personal injury, illness, death, property damage, or other loss that may occur during or as a result of my participation in the event, howsoever caused, including but not limited to negligence.
I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless The MarcoPoloLine Group from any claims brought against it by third parties as a result of my actions or omissions during the event.
